Elsi Elena: A Mother, Leader, and Catalyst for Change in Flagstaff

NAIC Leader Elsi Elena recently co-chaired NAIC actions with city and county officials, including the police chief, sheriff, and school district leadership, gaining concrete commitments from them to work with NAIC to keep families safe. She reflected, “I never thought I could do it, but I did! Things need to change, and I want to have a role in that change. I am learning about critical issues, who we should engage with, and who can do something about it.”
